ICE Krakow Congress Centre awarded by Travel+Leisure Magazine

ICE Krakow Congress Centre, opened in October 2014, was placed by the prestigious magazine “Travel + Leisure” at list of “most exciting new tourist attractions” that are worth visiting in 2015.

Magazine emphasises the importance of historical changes. “After the war, which affected many concert objects in Poland followed communist government that postponed cultural activities. This auditorium for  2,100 spectators is a proof of the rebirth” – says “Travel + Leisure”.

Magazine placed the Congress Center in the list next to places like the Eiffel Tower, Markthal in Rotterdam or “most awesome, covered market in the world”, the skyscraper Shanghai Tower (the second highest around the world), the Museum of the Future (Tomorrow) designed by Santiago Calatrava in Rio de Janeiro, the highest viewing platform in the world at the Top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris.

“Travel + Leisure” is an American monthly magazine founded in 1937. It is one of the most famous magazines in the world devoted to traveling, tourism and leisure. The magazine has approx. 4.8 million readers annually and international editions in China, India, Russia and Turkey.
