The tour of the Old Town (Stare Miasto) includes the largest medieval market square in Europe – Rynek Glowny. Based in the heart of Krakow, it is dominated by the 16th Century Cloth Hall and the enormous St Mary’s Church with its famous medieval altar by Wit Stwosz.

The tour ends at Wawel Castle is the crown jewel of Krakow’s architectural treasures. You will visit Wawel Cathedral, which was the coronation site of Polish monarchs and remains Poland’s most important national sanctuary. A must see in the Castle are the Royal Chambers (State Rooms) – which include historical interiors, the tapestry collection of Sigismund II Augustus, royal portraits, Italian Renaissance furniture and Italian and Dutch paintings from the 14th to 17th century.
