This is the most popular of our programs dedicated to school groups from abroad. About 20 groups of young people come to Krakow every year to learn about history of World War II and the Holocaust.

- Krakow’s Historic Center (UNESCO site)
- Magnificent Wawel Royal Castle (residence of Hans Frank during IIWW)
- Jewish district Kazimierz – one of the most culturally significant Jewish areas in the world
- The most popular Krakow’s museum located in former Oscar Schindler’s Enamel Factory
- Ghetto Heroes square, which is a big monument commemorating the Ghetto and Krakow Jews
- Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum (the largest German concetration and death camp)
- Amasing and the only one in the world Wieliczka Salt Mine (UNESCO site)
These are the reasons to visit Krakow, not only to learn about the World War II, but also to contrast it’s present beauty with the dark history!

Arrival in Krakow and transfer to the accommodation. Guided walking tour of Krakow’s Old Town and Wawel Cathedral or free time for exploring the city. Evening meal and overnight.
Optional: Wawel castle, Rynek Underground Museum visit, hot air baloon flight. In the evening: bowling or Aqua Park visit.

After breakfast depart by coach for Wieliczka Salt Mine. Afternoon guided walking tour of Jewish District Kazimierz with visits to Remuh Synagogue and Schindler’s Factory Museum. Return to the hotel for evening meal and overnight.
Optional:Evening meeting at the hotel to encounter the Holocaust through film (e.g. Schindler’s List, The Pianist, Boy in Striped Pajamas)

After breakfast depart by coach for Auschitz – Birkenau Museum. Afternoon visit to Galicia Jewish Museum with meeting with Holocaust Survivor. Dinner with Jewish food and music. Return to the hotel. Overnight.
